What is an industrial monitor?

 

An industrial monitor is a professional screen designed for 24/7 use in harsh environments. It differs from a conventional screen in terms of :

  • its structural strength (metal chassis, reinforced glass),
  • its environmental protection (IP65, waterproof case, extended temperatures),
  • its industrial connectivity (DVI, VGA, HDMI, DP, M12, etc.),
  • and its resistive or capacitive touch function, depending on requirements.

We offer two major touch options:

  • Resistive: pressure-based, glove-friendly, reliable in wet or dirty environments.
  • Capacitive: multi-touch, gesture-capable, ideal for HMI and kiosk applications.
