The 15.6" industrial open frame monitor from Intronix Systems delivers modern design, robustness, and flexible integration for embedded and industrial applications. With Full HD resolution, advanced touch options, and multiple mounting possibilities, it fits demanding environments such as industrial control, interactive kiosks, onboard panels, or digital signage. Its metal chassis and borderless design ensure durability, while the IP65 front panel protects against dust and water. Available in capacitive or resistive versions, it meets a wide range of user interaction needs.
Open Frame Design and Modularity
The 15.6" monitor features an open frame architecture for seamless industrial integration. Modular construction allows rear or VESA 75 mm mounting, simplifying embedding in cabinets or enclosures while maintaining stability and durability.
High-Performance Display
Full HD 1920x1080 resolution delivers crisp visuals. 450 nits brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio provide clear readability under bright conditions. 85° viewing angles in all directions allow comfortable viewing from different positions. The display supports 16.7 million colors, ensuring accurate representation of graphical interfaces.
Advanced Touchscreen Options
Two touch variants are available:
- Projected Capacitive (P-CAP): responsive multi-touch for modern HMIs
- 5-Wire Resistive (optional): suitable for glove use and rugged environments
Surface hardness is ≥7H (capacitive) and ≥3H (resistive). Transmittance is 87% for capacitive and 80% for resistive touch, ensuring clarity.
Versatile Connectivity
Video interfaces include HDMI, VGA, and DVI for broad compatibility. Touch interface via USB 2.0 provides fast and reliable response.
Industrial Durability
IP65-rated front panel protects against dust and splashes. Operating temperature: -10°C to +50°C. Vibration resistance up to 2.16 Grms ensures stability in mobile or industrial installations. LED lifespan: 50,000 hours.
Mechanical Design and Ergonomics
Aluminum and metal chassis provide rigidity. Dimensions: 388.2 x 240.3 x 35 mm (chassis only). Weight: 3.0–3.4 kg, easy to handle.
Power Supply and Efficiency
DC 12–24V input. Phoenix 2-pin terminal ensures secure connection. AC-DC 60W adapter included. Low power consumption of 10 W for cost-efficient operation.
