Hardware services: sustainability, repairability, and on-site support

All our products include a standard 2-year warranty, which can be extended according to your needs. Our regional teams in France (Lyon) and AChina (Shenzhen) ensure fast and effective maintenance on both continents — and beyond. For end-of-life products, we can offer to maintain critical spare parts in stock to guarantee business continuity. On-site technical support can also be deployed on request.

Software services: streamlined and industrial-grade integration

We offer factory preinstallation of Windows, Linux, or Android operating systems, as well as loading of custom applications if required. Our BSP development kits include all necessary drivers, APIs, and interface layers to accelerate integration. We also configure OPC UA and MQTT protocols to support your industrial IoT environments.

Customization: uncompromising adaptability

Our systems are customizable on demand: choose your CPU, RAM, and storage; add specific interfaces such as CAN bus, RS-485, or PoE; request mechanical modifications (chassis, cooling); apply ruggedization (IP sealing, conformal coating); or opt for a full redesign via our ODM services.

OEM/ODM services: tailored and certified production

We support low MOQ OEM (white label) projects, as well as complete ODM projects, from design to prototyping, right through to manufacturing (by ISO 9001/14001 certified factories). We offer full traceability from design to delivery.

Integration support: cross-platform expertise

We assist with legacy system migration and industrial network integration (EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus TCP). All our solutions are cloud-ready and compatible with AWS and Azure platforms, offering pre-configured connectors and easy deployment.
