We are pleased to present the Intronix Systems 18.5" XIP-21185D1 Industrial Panel PC.
The XIP-21185D1 Panel PC is an all-in-one industrial solution (screen + PC) designed for integration into demanding environments such as automation, supervision or human-machine interfaces (HMI). This model combines an 18.5-inch Full HD touchscreen with a high-performance fanless architecture, all in a robust metal chassis with an IP65-rated aluminium front panel.
This Panel PC offers excellent readability thanks to its 1920 x 1080 pixel LED screen, available in capacitive multi-touch or 5-wire resistive versions depending on usage requirements. It has an extended viewing angle of 85° in all directions, a brightness of 300 nits and a contrast ratio of 1000:1, ensuring a clear display even in bright environments.
The XIP-21185D1 industrial Panel PC is available with several processor options:
- Intel® Celeron® J6412 (2.0 GHz)
- Intel® Core™ i5-10210U (1.6 GHz)
- Intel® Core™ i7-10710U (1.1 GHz)
Depending on the configuration, it can accommodate up to 32 GB of DDR4 memory via 1 or 2 SO-DIMM slots. For storage, it accepts a 2.5" SATA drive (HDD/SSD) and an mSATA SSD via a Mini PCIe slot.
Designed to adapt to different technical environments, this Panel PC includes:
- 4 USB ports (2x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0)
- 2 COM ports (RS-232 and RS-232/422/485)
- 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports
- HDMI and VGA video outputs
A SIM slot is provided for adding a 4G module, with two SMA ports for external antennas. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or LTE extension is via Mini PCIe or M.2 E, making it a product suitable for connected architectures. The XIP-21185D1 Panel PC is designed in a fanless chassis that promotes heat dissipation without active ventilation. It can be easily mounted on the front using panel mounts or on a VESA 100 mount.
Its dimensions are 467.4 x 288 x 66 mm, with a weight of 5.6 kg.
This industrial Panel PC supports:
- Operating temperatures from -10°C to +50°C
- Humidity up to 95% (non-condensing)
- Vibrations: 5–500 Hz, 2.16 Grms on all 3 axes
- IP65 protection rating on the front panel
Finally, it complies with CE and FCC certifications.
